Highly-commended in the 2018 YesChef Awards and renowned for some of the finest curries in the county, The Holy Grail in Wexford believes in connecting the global to the local. “While our recipes are pan-global, all our fresh ingredients are guaranteed 100% local. We only use free range chicken and all our meat and fish is locally sourced,” says chef and owner Manoj. Punchy, flavourful herbs and spices are important to Manoj’s team of highly trained and experienced chefs. Experts in pan-Asian cuisines, they cook up a wide range of classic dishes, prepared using a combination of modern and traditional recipes and methods. Manoj from Kerala, India worked in Taj group of hotels as an Indian Chef for many years. He came to ireland in 2001 and started working in Pines Hotel as a head chef. Then worked in an Indian restaurant as a head chef for years. On 2014 he started his own restaurant here in wexford town under the name the Holy Grail Restaurant, We are very famous in for our curries. We have customers from all over Ireland. We have won many awards.
